Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been shipped. However, we do accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

Once a Pressure Extract or Pressure Dispo has been opened, it cannot be returned.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is 3–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will only be processed after our team verifies the reported issue.

Replacements
